Social Media Manager.

The Kick Roomis looking for someone to run our social media — to make the kind of content that stops the scroll, build a community around the brand, and turn sneakerheads into customers. If you live and breathe Instagram and TikTok and you love sneakers, this one's for you.

This is a Europe-only role. You can work remotely from anywhere in Europe, but we can only consider applicants who live here.

What you'll do

Plan and publish content across Instagram, TikTok and our other channels.
Shoot and edit short-form video of new drops and the heat that's in stock.
Grow and engage our community — replies, comments, DMs and creator collabs.
Spot trends early and turn them into posts while they're still hot.
Run giveaways, launch teasers and behind-the-scenes content.
Track what's working (reach, saves, follows, click-throughs) and double down.

What we're looking for

A genuine love for sneakers and sneaker culture.
Proven experience growing a brand or personal account on Instagram and/or TikTok.
Confident shooting and editing short-form video on your phone (Reels, TikTok, CapCut).
Strong written English and a natural, on-brand voice.
A self-starter who can own the content calendar without hand-holding.

Nice to have

An existing audience or a portfolio you can show us.
Photography / Lightroom / Photoshop skills.
Experience with paid social (Meta or TikTok ads).
A second European language.
